The vineyards for each of the varietals (including Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Chenin Blanc and Roussanne) are located in Ein Dor, in Lower Galilee, and benefit from the distinctive terroirs that were carefully selected to ensure that the particular strains of fruit can take full advantage of an ideal environment to help the distinct fully flavour develop and emerge.

Yitzchak Tor grounds the team with his passion for breathing the land and vineyards of Israel.
