Renowned for its extensive range of exquisite wines, Netofa Winery is a leader in the production of Israeli wines that are quickly emerging on the global stage as being evocative of classic, old-world flavours. Uniquely notable characteristics emerge for each Mediterranean varietal, and every selection lives up to the expectation of delivering a refined body, complex flavour, and intricate taste. Refined and elegant, the Netofa wines are among some of the most famous, high-quality wines available anywhere in the world.
The vineyards for each of the varietals (including Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Chenin Blanc and Roussanne) are located in Ein Dor, in Lower Galilee, and benefit from the distinctive terroirs that were carefully selected to ensure that the particular strains of fruit can take full advantage of an ideal environment to help the distinct fully flavour develop and emerge.
An internationally-seasoned group of experts collaborate on the Netofa wines, elevating the delivery of these quality offerings to match the refined palates of connoisseurs across the globe while remaining steadfast in their passion for the Israeli terroir from which their wines have emerged. Pierré Miodownick joins the Netofa team as the artist who helps structure each wine, adding a quintessentially Mediterranean approach from his former work throughout France, Spain, and Portugal. Shahar Marmor is the manager of Netofa Winery’s vineyards and brings a breadth of experience from working across Israel and Australia in similar capacities. Yitzchak Tor grounds the team with his passion for breathing the land and vineyards of Israel. Together, Pierré, Shahar and Yitzchak have melded their love of wine, their years of international experience learning about the industry and culture around the globe, along with their respect for working the land of Israel to deliver the highest quality wines in Israel.
